I have been using Google Maps since I got my very first smartphone in 2013.
Here is a cause that made me care about sharing on Google Maps
Being a small town girl from Uttar Pradesh, India , I was not much aware of different places at that time.
Google Maps has been helping me a lot whenever and wherever I have to travel alone to different cities like Lucknow, Kanpur, Delhi, Goa, Kerala, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and so on.
Instead of asking the directions in person, I always felt using Google maps is safe, trustworthy and reliable, and this is the only reason which made me to start contributing as a Local Guide. And later on, I started enjoying to share the reviews, photos, fact about the places, answering the questions and helping others.
What I like sharing the most
Nowadays, the whole world is using Google Maps for their own purposes. As a Local Guide, I believe, each one of us loves sharing information the world needs.
I love to check the facts, acce____ssibility and adding the places because I feel, It is my duty to share the correct information about the places I visit.
The beauty of our Local Guide Community is that we do it because we love to do it, we share because we care and we help because we want to make the world a better place.
I would like to thank Google Team and Local Guide Community from the bottom of my heart for making me feel so special and worthy.
I never dreamed, I’ll get such a surprising invitation from Google. Hoping to get selected and meet our new friends from all over the world.
