My story about Tokyo Olympics National Stadium 2014-2020

I moved to Tokyo in 2014.
The National Stadium was demolished and rebuilt for the Tokyo Olympics, and there was a “Goodbye Event” in that summer. The entrance fee was free. I joined ,saw the Torch Head, and entered the lawn ground. All participants were given " future ticket" at the end of the event. It is certificate of participation before the opening of the new National Stadium, reborn in 2020. The design at that time was by Zaha Hadid. I like her design, so I was excited.
5 years passed.
In December 2019, I participated in the first walking at the New National Stadium. The architecter was changed to Kengo Kuma. To be honest, I was a little disappointed, but I was still excited to be given a chance that I can see the Olympic Stadium first.

Unfortunately, the Tokyo Olympics have been postponed for one year. I don’t know if I can do it one year later, but at least there are still dreams here. The National Stadium always welcome to athletes and people around the world. I sincerely hope that a wonderful Olympic history will be carved at our National Stadium in Tokyo.
