Although Google Maps has a range of things that I am quite interested in sharing about, I am more passionate about sharing very honest and objective reviews of businesses, services, and places. I might be a neophyte in photography, but I love accompanying my reviews with pictures to give it more credence. My passion for sharing honest and objective reviews is borne out my ugly experience. I live in Kaduna. I am a trained teacher. As unemployment is a lived reality in our country, job-hunting is my occupation. There was a time I was searching for the best international schools in Kaduna. At least, they should pay better given the exorbitant fees they charge their students. I came across so many hyped reviews and over bloated reputations. I was so disappointed when I eventually visited those places. Some of the so called international schools with five-star ratings on the map were actually mushroom schools with just a few substandard blocks of buildings. I coaxed myself and applied anyway. When I received their offers, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The quality and standard was a shame. The pay was nothing to ride home about. I was more disappointed with the generous and deceptive ratings and reviews I saw on the map though. Thus, I resolved to make a difference by doing a justified review of all the businesses and places I visit. There are several paid reviews online today which only try to hype and launder the image of such organizations. These paid reviews impede the chances of getting true and valuable information when doing reputation research on such businesses and places. It is my passion to share objective reviews based on firsthand information and experience so as to help people who are carrying out reputation research on business organizations and places make informed choices and take well guided decisions. Also, by accompanying my detailed reviews with pictures, I aim to give the map users a feel of the environment even before they are there, thus deciding whether such a place or business is worth visiting or not.
