My reviews have stopped showing up and I don’t know how to fix it. My last review that shows up was 4 months ago the last 3 i have left are not showing up on the business page but I can see them from my phone.

Your reviews got banned by Google.
Sometimes there’s a reason for that, other times there’s none.
Some reviews including photos for example, keep getting banned for no reason at all.
Don’t expect having too much fun as a Local Guide these days.

What you suggested is not the correct form to use to get hidden contributions checked manually by an operator. The form you suggested is mainly to be used when someone is suspended from the Local Guides program.

Please use the form called Account Investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps if you believe that some of your contributions have been wrongfully unpublished. Keep in mind, that it takes several weeks for the check to be done, and you will not be notified about the result, so I suggest you check the status of your reviews once a week or so.
