My reviews are not pubblicly visible anymore

I’ve been suspended for I don’t know which reason (maybe some not allowed word in one review?) and now as result my reviews on Google maps aren’t visible anymore. I’ve no info on how long this suspension lasts and I don’t know how could I be reinstated? Is there someone to contact to appeal and how can I know how long is the suspension and how can I know which review contains some word to delete? Thanks a lot for your help

Hi @mercury1982

The good news is that you are not suspended. You can post on Connect = you are not suspended.

But none of your 88 reviews are public. I would consider this as a warning before getting suspended.

Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

Read about typical review guideline violations here.

Looking at your photos there are plenty of violations:

Your 2 first photos are of a castle. But I don’t see a castle clearly in your shots.

Secondly, all your cockroach photos are very similar. Sharing redundant photos are clearly against the guidelines.

And, we are not allowed to draw on photos like you marked one with a blue circle.

All the best

Morten

Thanks a lot for your kind reply.

So, the issue could be solved removing the reviews that somehow violate the rules? (If I find it…). About the photos, I’ll try to adjust them based on your suggestions and I’ll read more carefully the guidelines. Is there any chance that Google will remove this block and make my reviews back visible to other users?

Great questions, @mercury1982 .

Nope, you have to do the work.

When you have fixed all the issues and if they don’t go public you should read Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, make a reply there to request your account also be investigated.

Best of luck

I did it and nobody replied me in that thread. I’m still will same issue and how I’m sure the reviews are all fully compliant

@mercury1982

It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.

The Google Moderators rarely work on weekends so, please wait for a few days.

Cheers

Morten

Ok got it thanks
