@TraciC Please Help! I really want to solve this problem. I enjoy being a Local Guide and keep trying other methods hoping I might be able to post reviews once again. Please make sure to check your Privacy settings. In addition you can read the following article Flexible privacy settings for your Google Maps profile, which can help you resolve this query.

Thank you for reaching out. For a review not being public visible on your profile there are two possibilities:
- You set the privacy switch to ON: about privacy setting please read Choose your privacy settings
- A review have been made private because it violates Google’s review policies.
Please note that I moved your comment to How-tos as a new post, since it is not related to the post you commented it. When you have a question, you can start a new post or search if there is something similar to what you are asking already on Connect.

@Aruni Thank You for getting back to me. Privacy settings are in proper order. Currently, my review count states that I’ve written 6 reviews even though I’ve written many more. If I write a review, my count goes to over 100, stays that way for a little while, then goes back to 6, and the review won’t be public. Something is wrong. Hopefully someone can look at my account and fix it. Thank You
@InaS Thank You for getting back to me. 1. The privacy switch is not on. 2. Even when I give a 5 star rating without writing a single word, that rating does not go public, so no violation of Google policy was made. I added a new place, which was approved and wasn’t able to review the new place. The new place is a Life Guard Tower at the beach. Something is wrong with my account. I still need help

When was the last time you left a review? Can you please send us the URLs of places that you reviewed or rated? As well the URL of the Life Guard Tower at the beach? So, I can check if they appear there.

u’ll see no ratings or reviews. Also attached is a screen shot of a portion of my reviews, which shows that I wrote a review and rated Tower 2, yet they don’t show up in public. Thanks again for getting back to me

I would like to add a side note @TMLKadventures
As far as I see, all the towers have been added in Google Maps as “Parks” (like Tower 2) , end you seems to be the only one who added photos in there
Have all these POIs been added by you?
I am asking because there is already a park in the area (Torrey Pines State Beach ) and a watchtower seems to me everything but a park, @InaS
