Hi @shigeo . Probably I won’t have the same seasonings at hand and I wouldn’t have any chance of cooking it as amazing as the experienced chefs do but I’m just interested. As they say, curiosity killed the cat.

I do not know the same egg recipe as “Tamahide”. Still it is as follows from the basic of egg dishes.
