If I want to add a new place on Google Map, is there any fixed format or minimum criteria ? I need a minimum criteria of adding a new place on Google Map.
Several times I couldn’t collect the contact number(owner didn’t share), the exact opening date etc. of the new place. So, how can I get the confirm that my place will be add without these information of this sending request?
Put in all the information that you can easily discover @jakiripsc that is all that is asked as a volunteer. There is no need to go seeking information that is not easily publicly accessible.

You should add as much data as possible to add a new POI. However, Opening date, owners phone number etc. are not mandatory to provide as a Local Guide to get the place added.
The minimum requirements are:
Place can be added with the above data even in the absence of rest other like Located within, Photos, Business hours.
