I hope u all are safe in your home and following all government measure in this pandemic time and i pray that this hard period should vanish soon, i know many of us are falling apart in many ways, let us be united in this epidemic. SO, here i am showing same issue recipe to make in home to boost your immune system.

1.CHIA SEED DRINK :

Ingredient: one t.spoon chia seed, two t.spoon honey, one t.spoon lime juice and fresh water.

Step 1: Blend chia seed, honey, and fresh water.

Step 2: after that add lime juice in it and it is ready to serve.

Enjoy your drink in morning, it helps you to lose weight and gain immune power.
