Your app is showing the old UI still. Please update the app.
Further, congratulations on exhausting all the review suggestions based on your timeline.
To get further recommendations, you may have to travel and explore more and more places.
At the same time, please ensure that the app history and recording of the timeline are active and do not select to delete the app history periodically.

My observation is when we clear the stored data, the Maps app reverts to old UI. That may continue for an hour and so and then that reinstates the new UI again.
However, it’s surprising without any intervention the app is reverting to old UI on your device.
You need providing the details of the make and model of your phone, and also the Android and Maps version.
Further, if you have some cleanup app installed (either by you or a factory fitted one), which keeps on removing stored data from every app periodically, then also you may face the problem. Please check and remove any such aggressive app.

Thank you@C-T for your valuable reply but when I reinstalled Google maps app profile works properly after sometime it revert again.My mobile is Oppo A5s ,Model CPH1909.
