My posts are not being public.

I have posted 109 reviews and 1487 photos but only 37 reviews and 990 photos are being public accessible.

:arrow_up_small: No. of reviews in my account.

:arrow_up_small: No.of reviews that are being public.

If iam not wrong, none of my photos and reviews violate anything.

Is there anybody else who has same issue.

Please help me to fix it. I want my photos and reviews on public.

@HASHIM_AK

I believe that your contributions were hidden for valid reasons. The good news is that you can fix this by reading and following the guidelines for user contributions.

Let us start with your photos.

One of the first guidelines is that photos need to clearly show the places. In these photos you are showing a lot of grey sky and wet asphalt. The bus station is left in pretty much complete darkness. Please make sure to show the places clearly and with good lighting.

Secondly, you uploaded these photos twice four times! Doing this can get you removed from the program. Never upload the same photos to more pins and more than once.

Here is another issue:

The first image is not showing anything not shown in the second image. This is called redundant (similar) images, and this is also a no go. Just changing the angle, zooming a bit, or turning your camera is not helpful to Maps users. Please delete one of them.

Find my Storefront Photography series here. You can learn how to make better photos for Google Maps and how to get more photo views.

I recommend that you strive to upload only one great photo to each pin. Select your very best photo.

Also, please take a look at Typical Photo Violations found here: https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/General-Discussion/Common-Photo-Violations/td-p/2901636

Now to your reviews.

I see a lot of railway reviews under your profile. They are not really reviews where you explain your experience. You just share a lot of general statements that anyone can make up or write even without visiting the places. Please be careful not to copy sentences from one review to another. The spam filter will pick this up immediately. Please add some details that only visitors will know from a first-hand visit. This way you can prove that you have actually been there.

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 109 reviews and only 37 of them are public. This is pretty bad.

Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the review guidelines.

Read about typical review guideline violations here. And please see my latest post called 4 Tips on writing better reviews. And this post by ErmesT explains in more detail why Google is hiding reviews.

If you are on a Desktop use this link to Count your hidden contributions. From a mobile device use this link.

If you want to identify which of your reviews are hidden check this post.

Please use the form called Account Investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps if you believe that some of your contributions have been wrongfully unpublished. Keep in mind, that it takes several weeks for the check to be done, and you will not be notified about the result, so I suggest you check the status of your reviews once a week or so. And donโ€™t use this forme before you have cleaned up all your photos and reviews that are violating the guidelines.

Best of luck
Morten
