Definitely a place to visit during a stay in Hanoi. The very best time to enjoy the heart and soul of the people of Hanoi is the weekend when traffic is re-routed away from the Lake. Families fill the landscape. foreigners who speak English may be approached by young people to practice their English skills. Encouraging them in their endeavor rewards both the visitor and the seeker.
