ONLY IF the content of your channel is related to the Local Guides program you are welcome to link it on your signature in the posts.
To receive followers the best thing to do is to provide great contributions (photos and reviews, for google Maps to suggest other people to follow your profile when they visit the “explore tab” of the area.
