My Perk is not delivered yet

I recieved a mail to redeem perk and after following the steps, I did recieve the confirmation mail but it’s been 7weeks I didn’t recieve anything.

Now when I try to redeem the product it shows it has been expired. So what should I do know?

We are sorry you did not get the local guide perks, did you redeem your mail, did you share the address during your redeem, you should do it again

It’s been almost most more than three months since my order has been shipped but still didn’t got my google perks. The tracking ID they provided shows the last update was 30 October after that no update. I contacted DHL ecommerce they told me to contact the sender as they have the option to investigate this matter

Please kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Thankyou you so much for your promt reply. I’ve sent all the necessary details that they asked me in an email that includes my name, address and redemption code. I also attached DHL tracking ID for your reference.

I also wanted to let you know that you can tag a member when you comment so as to send a notification to the person you reply to. This way they won’t miss your reply. To do so, you just need to digit the symbol @ and the username without space between them, like I just did now.
