I am so happy to be a local guide specially for the rural areas of my region Punjab. When i started using google maps, i realized that urban areas are already been on google maps and people are using to commute here and there by using maps but there was not any development of countryside areas. From there i got the idea to reflect local areas of villages to google maps that can help people to connect to these remote areas and i thought it will also help to grow up local businesses. This was my first step as a local guide.
I started adding missing places there in rural areas like small businesses, public places, eating places, attractions of villages etc. Clicking photographs of these places became my passion due to google maps. It encourages people to see these beautiful places, about which no one knows and this is my dream to bring people more closer. I want that everyone see the natural beauty of rural areas.
This is the picture of Gurudwara (place of worship of Sikhism) , I had taken in the season of winter in morning, describing the Natural beauty of the place and innocence of these lovely people.
It makes me feel very happy when i got thousands of views on my photos. It also encourages me to do more and more for the rural areas to make these places available for world using Google Maps.
This is the real bliss i always find by serving the community.
