Growing up in a small town I never had much to do. The most exciting thing for us locals was knowing we were getting a new shop or restaurant in town. For me being a ‘local guide’ comes in handy because my reviews can help people on what to do on a friday night, or which mechanic in town is the best, etc. My town has grown more into a small city over the past ten years which i’m very happy about! I enjoy the city with all the variety there is and so getting to see a small town transition into something slightly bigger is nice.
