The local guide program is the only one of its kind, I can see that it is a program with which, by contributing with precision and quality, we help others to discover the best places. Restaurants, hotels, etc. And to avoid places that are not worth it.
I also think that this programme helps people with reduced mobility by taking pictures of accesses or any means of facilitating their accessibility.
Being a member of the Local Guide program is a win-win system - you contribute to help others and others contribute to help you.
The only problem with Local Guide is when you propose an addition or modification to a place and you have the right information. It can be frustrating to have the proposal rejected.
But after all, I think local guide is the creator of a virtual world.
