"My Montecristo"

This is a little bit of work sandwich but still easy to make. I used ham and cheese in this one but you can have any fillings of your choice. I layered the sliced bread with slices of ham and slices of cheese. I scrambled eggs on a deep plate. Hold the sandwich firmly with both hands and dip one side on the scrambled eggs then cook that side on a hot pan (not so hot though, just enough heat to cook the egg) with butter or oil to cook the egg and seal the sides. Do it over again with the other sides of the sandwich until the whole sandwich is sealed. Then dip one face of the sandwich to the egg and cook that side and do with the other face again. If there is remaining scrambled eggs, roll the whole sandwich and cook it again in the pan flipping it from time to time. The thicker the egg coating the better. It is very yummy… For sure everyone has these ingredients at home right now… Plate it prettily… Enjoy…

Sorry… I forgot to mention that I also put ketchup…you can do with whatever dressing or sauce you prefer. just don’t put so much coz it will drip when you are cooking the sides of the sandwich.

Hello @user_not_found ,

Thank you for sharing these photos with us, the sandwich looks very tasty!

I guess, it’s a not a thing to recommend to those who calculate the amount of calories that they consume per day. Am I right?

Personally, I love such sandwiches and I’m going to prepare it as soon as possible.
