I’ve always been the type of person that used google to find new restaurants to try. At first I would go to all of the blogs to find new places to try (Tastet, Eater, etc). At some point, I felt that it was always the same places that reviewers were talking about and I really wanted to try places that were a bit more “underground”. With the Google Local Guide program, I get to find new places that blogs don’t necessarily talk about and I get to share my love for those places.
While I’m traveling, I’ve always used traveling guides to tell me which places I should try. With google map, I can just search the area for good places that regular traveling guides won’t be talking about. I can also get information that is more updated. On the other hand, I really like to give back my output once I’ve tried those places.
I really like to find new places that I enjoyed. I also like to share those places to everyone so they can enjoy it too.
