If you ask me what’s my favourite type of food, I would immediately say, “Chinese”.
The thing about Chinese food available in Kolkata is that it’s not authentic Chinese food. It’s the Indianised version of it.
The food you see in the picture is mixed chili garlic hakka noodles, with chicken in oyster sauce on the side.
