I am a huge fan of food. I am very well-rounded when it comes to different foods from different cultures thanks to my parents. But regardless of all of that, everything I’ve tried in my last 20 years, nothing beats a good burger. I love going around my local area and trying every burger in sight. From the dodgy place down the dark alley to mainstream, well-known locations. I try them all because I have always searched for the best burger. I think a burger is a great way for any restaurant to make a good impression with any local because it’s such a simple dish that has so much flexibility, that you can your imagination run free.
The best burger I ever tasted and had the pleasure of reviewing was Dirty Burger (Nea Erithrea, Greece). It was cooked beautifully, the presentation was gorgeous, and it was just so jam-packed with flavor, I absolutely had to go back with all of my friends. Even after moving away, I can still remember the individual flavors that burger had and it always puts a smile on my face.
I love reviewing burgers because I think everyone needs to find the perfect burger, and if I can help a little bit in that journey, then I will go out of my way. I always hope that someone glanced over my review and thought “I might just try that” and actually had an amazing experience.
