It’s been a while getting connected with you all. I hope everyone is doing well. I would like to share with you all about my love for Biryani. It is my top of the list dish I ever try when I visit a hotel. I am sure most of us have the same love for Biryani. I will share about some of the Biryani which I recently tried. Among the different types of Biryani. My personal favorite is Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani. As name suggests, it is originated from the city, Hyderabad in India. It is delicious as well as spicyous. ? and that is what I like the most. Below are the photos of Chicken Biryani which I tried recently.
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani at Hippie Shack. I have tried it so many times and I can’t come out of it.
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani at Hang10. This place is currently not open since some days and I really miss it. Hope it will be back soon.
Above is when I suddenly stopped by to have Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani at Briyani Zone. Taste is great.
Chicken Biryani at The Deagh(above) and Fish Biryani at Cafe Iftiar(below). Not much spicy but taste yummy.
Leave your comments on which of the Biryani photos you like the most in this post and I would be extremely happy if you share the photos of Biryani if you have. I would like to take this chance to thank everyone who are with us and who bear patience with us when we, Local Guides prefer to take the photos of the dishes first before having it. Hope you enjoyed this post. Happy Guiding. ?

Amazing presentation, we can see how you love briyani by your photos, thank you for sharing, buddy, let me be truthful, i live in UAE for more than 20 years, i am basically from Tamil Nadu, i have tasted several briyani, but i don’t know i don’t like the taste of Hyderabad Briyani, i have plenty of my friends from Andhra and Telungana, they have taken me to several Hyderabadi restaurants, coming to the point, first of all, i don’t eat Basmathi Rice with Broiler Chicken, i eat zeeraga samba with (naatukozi) country chicken, our dindugal briyani was famous once, but not its becoming useless, i tasted Ambur, it ok, i think the basmathi rice and other ingredients flavor makes Hyderabdi briyani tasteless, we prepare biryani with zeeraga samba rice with good lamb or country chicken in home with all homemade ingredients (off course with spicy) i love very much, that too prepare the briyani at evening and eat next day, the taste will be double. Overall, Hyderabadi briyani has no spicy and all refined polished rice makes only the stomach full, not the taste.
sorry if i have bothered you. i hope you don’t take it personnel.

First of all, thank you so much for the detailed comments, @ajlenin . It’s really great to hear your thoughts about Biryani. I am also from Tamilnadu and currently residing in Bengaluru for work and learning from your experiences, I would like to taste the Dindigul Biryani someday soon. I too enjoy the taste of Home made Biryani the next day, the taste really doubles. Once you visit Bengaluru, let me know, let’s try some Biryani here.

Hello @SalmaanN ,
The dishes look amazingly delicious, thank you for sharing them with us!
I’ve never tasted Chicken Biryani in my life, but I would love to. My favorite Indian meal, till now, is Chicken Korma.
Apart of the spiciness, what makes the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani more delicious than the one of other regions?

Thank you so much for the kind words, @BorrisS . I am glad that you like my post. I wish you taste the Chicken Biryani someday soon. It is as delicious as it looks. Chicken Korma is also a delicious dish. You can also try Chicken Kabab(fried chicken) which everyone mostly prefer to have with Chicken Biryani.
Apart from spiciness, the Basmati rice(quite lengthy rice than average rice) and the proper blend between rice and masala makes Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani more tastier.
Thanks again.
