My love affair with SUSHI 🥰

hi everyone hope all are doing fine . Today i wanted to share my love story of “SUSHI” when and how it all started and where you can get the mouthwatering, yummiest sushi in mumbai india

Til last year i did not even knew anything about sushi and many foodie s craze about this particular japanese cuisine. My first encounter with sushi was at one of my office s corporate dinner at GLOBAL FUSION (andheri india) happened. Out of curiosity and more than that just to show everyone around me that i m versatile and well traveled (sort of show off only) i tried it and i clearly remember it had a filling of basa fillet fish with sticky white rice along with some mild herb i fell in love with the dish and since than till now i have tried variety of sushi be it vegan, vegetarian ( paneer and mushrooms) or non vegetarian ( fish, mutton , chicken, egg) also but my all time favourite is fish wala sushi.

one must try sushi at Global fusion(andheri), ST. Regis (lower parel), hakassan (bandra) ,Mainland china(andheri), Yazu , Izumi (carter road bandra),kofuko, and Wasabi by Morimoto (Taj mahal palace hotel colaba)

i fell so hard for this dish i tried preparing it in my kitchen with available ingredients and it did turned out well and eatable atleast for me :grinning:

Hello @Shabnamarif ,

Thank you for sharing your sushi preparing experience with us.

Congratulations for the sushi, as it looks very nice. Did you get some help?

What is your favorite sushi? Personally, I love sushi with a mix of sweet and salt sauce on it.

Hi

I like my sushi bit juicy and sweet and sour or some times I like traditional sushi which is more like dry with any mock tail with a minty flavour.

My all time favorite mock tails with sushi are either mint mojito or dream girl, or peach pinacolada
