My local guides points decreased

My local guides points decreased in very large number few days ago I was having around 75000 points and now that has reduced to 60000

I am unable to find out with my local guides account please help

Hi @Manindra

I see you have only 136 Answers, so probably you missed the points due to an update of the setting status for Google’s My Activity . Please read: How do I delete my answers to questions on Google Maps?

If on My Activity your setting is different from this one here below, your answer are automatically deleted and the points not given.

This is what Google maps help page tell us: Answer questions :

  1. Make sure you have the latest updated Google Maps.
  2. Make sure that your Web & App Activity is on.

Thats wonderful.Thanks for the quick response,Yes i have accidentlly some data in my activity section Now please tell me how can i restore those points again,because those were very hard earned points i have answered about 11000 or more.I was not knowing that My activity section will affect my points this way.Please help to regain those points.

I moved your post to the How-tos section of Connect, since it fits better there. I am also going to accept @ErmesT 's comment as a solution to your question as he provided you the proper guidance. Unfortunately you cannot get your points back.

Its really BIG BIG Misfortune,that i can not get my points back,Please raise my issue to the developers so that i can get my points back,because the number is toooo large those are around 15000 points a big blow to my run as a local guide.I am really very disappointed and discouraged.Please do something cant bear this loss.
