Well I decided to review the goals I set at the beginning of year, in fact goal setting was inspired by a meetup I attended, which was conducted by @KarenVChin and @ErmesT
Here are couple of recent achievements
Here is where I stand against my Goals as of now.
Here are my 2021 Goals
- Receive that ever elusive Master Director Badge. I have met all the criteria, except need to add 331 Videos this year. My Video views have exceeded 1 Million and Reach is at 421/100. With this I complete all Master badges!
I have contributed 750 Videos so far, so 250 more to go!
- Get Selected to attend Connect Live 2021. This is a tough goal, I will also add it to my Wish List.
OK, This is not possible, since the event has cancelled due to covid.
- Reach 350+ Million Photo Views. I am at 230 Million Views, hopefully I can achieve 350 Million Views by the end of 2021
I am slightly ahead with this goal, I am at 480 Million Views, I am hoping to hit 500 Million views during the Connect 5th birthday month. Yes wishful thinking
- Host a Local Guides meet-up (in-person or virtual), Even though I have guest hosted few virtual meetups, I have not hosted a meetup, It is a good goal to have in 2021
I have hosted several photo walks, recent one was in Hawaii, I am running #StateChallenge meetups with Denise Barlock. Again I am ahead in this goal!
- Attend a Local Guides Meetup. This is something I would like to continue in 2021 as well.
Attended and attending at least one meetup a week, so let me put check mark on this too.
- Complete 1000 Miles of Street View Photography. I have contributed around 890 Miles so far and got ‘Street View Master’ Badge for contributing 1000Kms of Street view. Hopefully this is achievable soon.
This one is done too. I have 1400 Miles so far and got a ‘Street View Master’ badge! See screen capture above.
My Stretch Goals
- Reach 0.5 Billion (500 Million) Photo Views
Again I am ahead on this, I am hoping I can achieve this by the end of this month.
- Host MORE Local Guides meet-ups (in-person or virtual)
I am hosting at least one meetup a week as part of #StateChallenge, several photo walks as well.
My Wish List
- Get Selected to attend Connect Live 2021.
OK, This is not going to happen, instead let us see if I can be a Guiding Star!
- Become a Local Guides Connect Moderator.
