My Local Guide story

I belong to this globe. I am Rashidul Hoque, from Dhubri-assam, India.

I have shared many pictures, reviews and Q&A about the places I visited. It may be a holy place or a shop or a tourist place or historic one, doesn’t matter. But what matters is having a thought in mind that, others when they go through the same journey, they don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Based on your experience, they are able make their journey better and make it even better for the people who will follow them, again by sharing their experience on Google Local Guide. It just takes a bit of effort, but makes huge difference to the seekers, when you do contribute with right intention. So do you have it in you, to be a Google Local Guide!

For example, near Ballary, in Karnataka state in India, there is place called Vaddu. It’s famous for Hanuman temple. Even though it’s popular locally, many outsiders don’t know about it. Posting about it on Google Maps, has got many hits, making it a more known place in vicinity. So this is the difference of contributing as a Local Guide!
