I am a level 6 local guide and have noticed recently that my old reviews are no longer showing, and any new reviews I do are not registering either. It’s like I have been shadowbanned. I can see them when I am logged in but if I go incognito none of them appear. Any advice on how to fix this or get support?

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 129 reviews and none of them are public.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)
Read about typical review guideline violations here.
Currently, your issue might not be your fault. Please read Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, make a reply to request your account also be investigated.
I noticed that you shared photos of a child. For the sake of her privacy this should be avoided.

This seems to be an issue. There are a ton of other users who received the mail but not the code to redeem.

You just make a short reply in that other thread and ask for your account also to be checked. Or wait a day or two as I expect one of the moderators will merge this thread into that one.
