I started contributing to Local Guides around last summer. I am a tech/game reviewer who loves travelling. So the moment I met the Local Guides program online I knew it would fit perfectly with my interests. At first I didn’t think much of it. Take a picture … rate a restaurant … Leave a review. A nice timefiller. That all changed when suddenly one of my pictures jumped up to 2000+ views and that’s when I realized that Local Guides was way bigger than I anticipated. The past few months I started to really put in the effort to contribute for the Flemish region because it doesn’t feel like it’s that popular around here. That’s why I want to try to meet fellow youngsters in Flanders and have a fun time exploring the world with Local Guides.
