This is Japanese style cold dish it also prawns but I mix with cucumber mushrooms and seaweed dressing is rice vinegar.
It took times to prepare I enjoy the process, its really relax and healing me from the job , it can clear my mind and satisfied my stomach that’s why I love to cook.

@SergeiOrlov Actually the red thing around the outside is prawns , I just simply fried it with butter, it will smells better , and vegetable is spinach I boiled it and stir with olive oil, it’s simple and hope you like it .
