Here’s my story of journey with Google.

After taking the class of 12th exam in 2000, I opened the my Yahoo Mail on July 19, 2001. After going to Bangaloru, India to study at that time, this Yahoo Mail was the only hope to contact home. At that time there was lack of internet speed, so there was not much internet based work except going to cyber cafes and occasionally chatting with buddies through Yahoo Messenger. Since I was admitted to MCSE & CCNA course and Visual Basic 6. & SQL server course in 2003, I have been searching on the net to collect various dumps and information. I used to search mostly on Yahoo. One day I saw Google search toolbar in Internet Explorer back in 2003. It seemed strange to know the name & logo it looked simple but pulls the attraction. From then I started using Google to search any kinds of things. Later in the late of 2004 Google announced that they would bring an e-mail service, I feel excited to know that. Many people including me waited anxiously to taste something new. In the meantime, when the Gmail account starts to open, if someone with a Gmail account invites you, you can only create a Gmail account. After launching Gmail I was eagerly waited to get invitation. And finally my waiting period ended on February 16, 2005. I got an invitation to my yahoo account from a friend. I immediately registered my Gmail account. Besides, also i invited 50 people among the acquaintances.
From that day I have been using Gmail and witness of many changes, every year Google’s developer doing hard to make Gmail unique. I think Gmail was the first breakthrough of Google. Gmail’s loyal user’s keep pushing Google ahead.

- 2003 First started search via internet explorer google toolbar.
- 18-Feb-05 I got invitation in my yahoo mail to open a gmail account.
- 20-Feb-05 Got Invitation and created gmail account.
- 21-Feb-05 First test mail sent from my gmail account.
- 2-Feb-07 Set up my 1. 1. YouTube account, I can remember YouTube video’s have to watch through adobe flash player. I feel proud one of the co founder of YouTube (Jawed Karim) is my country’s citizen.
- 16-Jan-08 Created my first personal Bloog in Blogger.
- 4-Mar-08 First Uploaded my image to Picasa, Photo taken on 2003 by Kodak KB10 Digital Camera in Bangaluru, India.
- 26-Sep-08 Received Orkut invitation.
- 31-Jul-09 Singed up for Adsense.
- 16-Oct-09 Singed up for Adwords.
- 31-Dec-09 Subscribed for official Google blog and till today I get notification about Google various innovation.
- 12-Jan-10 Set up google ad manager.
- 8-Jan-10 Set up Google Alerts.
- 18-Mar-10 Singed up for Admob.
- 21-Jul-10 Started google apps for domain for my company set up a bunch of email account.
- 28-Jul-10 Joined on Buzz.
- 30-Dec-10 Bought first smart phone Samsung Galaxy S I9000 runs android 2.3 Gingerbread my android journey begun.
- 2011 I added my first business place (EasyMail) in maps, after getting pin code from google Singapore through postal mail my place was active.
- 24-Jul-11 Got invitation for Google +.
- 20-Nov-11 Singed up for Prizes.org.
- 25-Mar-16 My First Review as a local guide which was a printing and packaging company.
- 22-Jul-17 For the first time I captured 360 Photos using street view app.
- 21-Jan-19 Bought Insta 360Onex camera to shoot 360 photos.
- 29-Sep-19 Become a Street view trusted photographer it’s like dream come true.

Since last 20 year’s i have been using google for various reasons. I think Google knows about me more then myself. I think Google will keep their promise to protect my personal data.
I wish google will move forward to help make better and greener world.
