It’s my birthday 
as a Local Guide
What a great journey. I can’t believe believe I’m just 5 years old as a local Guide. This is because the bonding, the friendship, the love, and the togetherness we share as a community and as one family makes it like a lifetime.
It all started with simple email and I have never for one day regretted making this decision to join the local Guide.
I always cherish this community and I always said what I gain from being a local Guide I can never pay back to the community, Googlers or the Maps.
This is because this programme gave me Friends ( @Julien44 @SanyaOdare @UchechukwuEnem and many that I can’t tag to to the limit of tags) and on top of all it gave me family ( my brother @SalmaanN my sisters @LaxmiG1 @Ewaade_3A and @SoniaK )
My motivation and things that makes me to keep going.
When ever I contributed to map I do that with optimistic that it will help someone and without expecting a thanks or reward from such individual.
My reward and most joyful thing is when I receive feedback from Google that your contribution make so and so impact… that’s the best gift and reward.

These are my motivations.
When you talk of knowledge, I gained so much knowledge from this programme.
One that I want to share with you is the ability to make presentations virtually. We started virtual call using Google hangouts before COVID era and when COVID came and all work meetings and other conferences become virtually. I find it easily to switch over because of the exposure I had from local Guides. Thanks to Local Guides like @OSAMA @AlejandraMaria @RupendraNeupane @NareshDarji and many more other Guides.
