my google trusted badges disappeared from my profile!

Hello
I am just a google trusted photographer with more than 2 million views
I just take photos and writing for place and no more
I didn’t violent any rule of google
I have more than 600 360 photo in my profile with all google standards
my google trusted badges disappeared from my profile!!!

could anyone please help me???

Please have in mind that Local Guides is a program for individuals only and participating as brand or business is against our rules and policies, and can result in removal of the program. This is why I recommend you to change your profile picture and account name. Please check our rules here and makes sure to comply with them.

You are welcome :slightly_smiling_face: . If you are not representing a brand or organization, it’s okay.

Don’t forget to tag when you are replying to someone by putting the symbol “@” in front of their nickname. This way that person gets a notification and is able to see your answer right away.

Hey @Reza_Pordel_Spin ,

I see that you already changed your profile name.

However, your current profile photo in Connect is pulled from your Google account. I suggest updating your photo in your Google account , and your Connect profile photo will reflect the change.

Hello,

I am having some of the same problems with my account, and also others. I have been a Trusted Photographer since the 2nd year of the program. I was on the For Hire page, and have over 12 million views of my 360 photos. My mother became ill and passed away during the time that Google Maps purged the photographer database, so I did not know. Now, I have been trying for about a year to be reinstated with an appeal. It has been disheartening to see the disregard for one of life’s most difficult things, losing your mother. Of course, I was caring for her, not thinking about this at that time, but I had hoped that someone would help. Instead, I received responses telling me that they could not prove that I was ever For Hire, and when I responded that I had proof, they said that it didn’t matter.

I even have the Google Trusted Photographer Identification card that used to be sent out to all Trusted Photographers at the beginning of the program. Additionally, my Trusted badge was missing, then it reappeared, and now, it is missing again, and replaced with a Local Guides star. I don’t know how to access the Trusted photographer forums, or if there is even one available anymore. I would be very grateful for your help. I used to be listed as Jan Easter, In360View, and Jan Easter Photography, with either the email address Easteriii at Gmail {for some reason, the form won’t allow me to write this address in email format} , or , 360@JanEaster.com, or Jan@JanEaster.com at various times during the program. I also have a phone number associated with my account, which has never changed, but I prefer not to post publicly. If it will help to find me, I can send it to you in a private message.
