Hello,
i created a new Google account since I wanted to start fresh with Gmail and Maps. But everything I post in Google Maps won’t get posted and I have to appeal it. After the appeal it does get posted, so my posts aren’t spam or anything. Is there a way to fix this so it will just get posted right away in stead of appealing it everytime

The system that checks reviews is too sensitive right now. Please fill out the form that I’ve linked below if you have too many reviews that are hidden (and it would be uncomfortable to appeal to all of them) so that the moderators can have a look at your profile. Note that this can take weeks to do. Account Investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps
While waiting you can just keep on adding reviews and when your profile is checked, they should all be published.

There is actually a better way when the individual reviews get flagged. This can be appealed individually. This is more effective than using the form you suggested.
Google Maps is transitioning from the old system where users are kept in the dark about their hidden reviews to the new system where users are informed and offered to appeal if they wish to do so.
This is rolling out currently and there is still no official help pages available about this new system, so it is not easy to know this.
There is not much you can do except check the guidelines for reviews and keep appealing.

Then I will appeal when it happens. I have read the guidelines and they meet the requirements and everything I appealed was corrected, so I think their automatic system just isn’t completely bug-free yet. But I will just keep appealing (which takes around 3 days mostly) and get it posted this way.
