My Google Reviews Are Not Showing Up

Hello Local Guides,

I have been actively reviewing various locations on Google Maps, but I recently noticed that my reviews are not showing up publicly. I have followed all the guidelines—my reviews are original, informative, and do not contain any spam, links, or inappropriate content.

I have tried:

Posting reviews with and without photos.

Editing and reposting my reviews.

Checking if my Google account is verified.

Still, my reviews are not visible. Could someone please help me understand why this is happening and how I can fix it?

If you’ve posted reviews in the past that went against the guidelines—even by mistake—Google may automatically filter out future reviews, even if they’re completely fine.

Unfortunately, there’s no workaround for this at the moment. You can try reaching out to Google Maps Help Community or Google Support, but in most cases, once an account is flagged, reviews will continue to be filtered. Hopefully, Google improves this system in the future!
