My google reviews are not appearing even after i strictly obey the guidelines.

Two hints for a start:
One point I noticed inf your screenshot: You should never mention the name of a person. Please edit and remove the name.
It is always good to provide a link to the place in question, however do not copy the URL in the address field of the browser (it only is valid for the same user = you), instead click the share button (“Teilen” in my screenshot) and select copy link:

But when it comes to name i saw some of them used names to describe there experience. So that’s why i also used those. I will send you a screenshot shot of a example for using names to describe there experience
It doesn’t mean it is allowed, because the SPAM filter didn’t catch it in some cases.
Google never tells us what exactly caused a rejection, so you need to try and maybe follow some suggestions.

What I can add is: keep it shorter.
Adding a lot of details about a bad experience can easily transform the review in a “personal rant”, or at least the algorithm can interpret it in this way and take it down.
From your profile I see that none of your two reviews are published.
This makes me think that you should check both of them.
Try to edit your reviews to make them simple, and check if the reviews are visible by opening this link in incognito mode on a web browser : Google Maps
After that, if the reviews are not published, you can appeal by using this form that you can find at the end of this post: An update on how we moderate Google Maps reviews
The post will also give you some interesting information, that can help you with your reviews.
If you appeal, please do not modify the reviews after the appeal is submitted. Also keep in mind that the check may take several weeks (up to 8 in my case) so please be patient.
Periodically check if your reviews are published, because you will not receive a feedback from the team
The same situation applies to the comment that was removed from publication. The problem is that Google does this without any notification. As a local guide for 2 years, hundreds of my comments have been removed. Feedback would be appropriate for comments that have been removed or rejected. Many comments went unpublished last week. This is because it has been removed many times. There are no inappropriate words, accusations, profanities or insults in these comments.
Even my comments that got 8-10 likes were removed. Moreover, those comments are no longer published because they are considered spam. These comments have been read on average 10 thousand times.
I am writing my review of the business called MEDCARE Healthcare Sterile -Nonsterile Surgical Gowns and Protective Coveralls.
“Salary is minimum wage. 19 thousand after the trial period. No bonus, no social rights. Working hours are 08:15-18:30. Overtime is 21:00 on weekdays, until 18:30 on Saturdays. They are looking for experience in textiles in the production area. They have a service.”
As you can see, there is nothing inappropriate in the comment. Moreover, this comment was liked by 9 people. It was read more than 8 thousand times in total. Moreover, I went to this business using google maps.
