Here is my review:
[Updated - May 1st 2025]Disappointing Experience – Misleading Inspection and Poor Customer Service

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership. The inspection report they provided claimed the car was in excellent condition, but when I got my own pre-purchase inspection, it revealed multiple serious issues. The engine oil and air filters were dirty, yet their report showed them as being in good condition. Even worse, the CV axle shafts were torn and there was an oil leak — all of which were completely missing from their report.

When I brought this up, the sales manager, Philip, tried to explain it away by saying that “different mechanics inspect cars differently.” He even claimed the oil leak and torn CV shafts were “normal,” which is unacceptable from any reputable dealership.

They also made it difficult to get my deposit back. I was told it would be refunded the next day, but when I called six times, the manager was always “not available.” I had to go back in person, and only then did they write me a refund check on the spot — which shows it could’ve been handled much more professionally from the beginning.

Overall, I would not recommend this dealership due to their lack of transparency and poor customer service. Please do your pre purchase inspection if you get a car from them.

[Additional Update - May 1st 2025]
After posting this review, the dealership began calling me repeatedly, demanding I remove the review in exchange for the $168 pre-purchase inspection fee they had already agreed to refund. What’s worse, they cancelled the original check of $2,168 and instead e-transferred me only $2,000, saying I will not receive the rest unless I delete the review. This is clearly an attempt to pressure me into silence, and it’s unacceptable business conduct.

Comparison of Inspection Reports:

Front brake pads: Dealership’s report says 10mm; my pre-purchase inspection report says 12mm.

Rear tire tread: Dealership’s report says 6mm; pre-purchase inspection says 8mm. Did their mechanic mismeasure everything lower than actual?

Engine oil & air filter: Shown as in good condition by the dealership; pre-purchase inspection found dark oil and a restricted/dirty air filter.

CV axle shafts: Dealership commented they were “just sweating, not leaking.” But their own inspection report shows them as in good condition — while the pre-purchase inspection clearly reports both front outer boots torn and leaking grease.

So don’t try to blackmail me with money and force me to delete my honest experience. You don’t need to return the pre-purchase inspection fee if your report had actually matched the independent one — but it didn’t. You agreed in writing to refund me $2,168, and I have the proof. To cancel the check simply because I left a truthful review is unbelievable.

I will pursue this through small claims court if necessary. I’m sharing this so customers know how this dealership fails to keep its word and tries to hide bad reviews by reversing promised refunds.
Could you guide why it does not show up anymore?
