Hello, welcome, namastey.
I am a google local guide from a small town known as Banswara, in Rajasthan. My city is known as “the city of 100 islands”. Contrary to the fact that Rajasthan is known for its dry weather and deserts, Banswara is rather green and has several lakes and waterfalls. It has the potential to become a tourist place and I have been contributing whatever little share I can by updating every little details on the Google maps so that it becomes easier for outsiders to move about my city and have the best experience. And in turn they might share good reviews on google making it a famous tourist spot.
Some of my favourite places are Mahi dam, Chachakota, Kadelia waterfalls and Sai Mandir. These places are a treat to the eyes, specially in monsoon.
Apart from this, I have also been adding small commercial spaces and local places so that they are recognised and can be easily searched on google. Also I frequently visits alot of cafes, bakeries and restaurants, I make sure to give each one a detailed review and add their special food items which I feel everyone should try.
Although. above everything, I believe myself to be a critique because if I have a bad experience at any place or I feel there is place for improvement, I make sure to post that negative review, so that one, others dont end up having the same bad experience and two, the place owner might hopefully make the needful changes.
It has always been a delight rating, reviewing and adding places on Google maps and it feels amazing to be recognised by the Google team for the same
