Hello every one, How is going on? I am good.
Today i will share about my first Photo Walk experience that happened on 21st of April this year.
Let me tell you about this event in detail. I am a Xiaomi Poco F1 user, and from one of friend i come to know that Poco organized a Photo Walk Event on that day, all i have to do is to apply by filling up a from online and they will let me know whether i will be selected.
on 18th of April 2019 i was added to the group of Poco Photo Walk. It was a very special day in my life. I was selected for the event. From more than 100 application only 12 people were selected and i was one of them.
On 21st of April our reporting time was 2PM on MI Home, Camac street, Kolkata. A master class happened for One Hour, on that class we got many fresh ideas about Mobile Photography, Low light photography, Use of manual Mode in Mobile and lot more. Our Photo walk guide Sir, Abhishek Huilgol give us many innovative ideas which change my thought about mobile photography.
After the master Class we went Kumortuli (Kumortuli is a traditional potters’ quarter in northern Kolkata, the capital of the east Indian state of West Bengal. The city is famous as a sculpting hot-spot which not only manufactures clay idols for various festivals but also regularly exports them.) for street Photography.
Our photography theme was Street and Architecture. Kumortuli was perfect for this theme because of its old traditional Buildings. All of our team members start taking photographs. It was a great moment for me, because for the first time i was there for a event like this. I meet 12 new people from different place. We talk we discuss not only about this photo walk but also about our personal life. We become friends forever.
After spent one and half our there we move towards our other location Princep Ghat (Prinsep Ghats is a ghat built in 1841 during the British Raj, along the Kolkata bank of the Hooghly River in India. The Palladian porch in the memory of the eminent Anglo-Indian scholar and antiquary James Prinsep was designed by W. Fitzgerald and constructed in 1843.). We took some beautiful shots over there. It is a excellent place for hangout with friends because of the Hooghly river and for the Bidyasagar setu(is a toll bridge over the Hooghly River). We spent one more hour over here take photographs and enjoyed that moment. At the end i want to thanks to the team of POCO India for organized such a good event and invite us for it.
