My first Asaba local guide meet up recap

I had an awesome time hosting the Asaba Meet up. Even though only one person showed up. He’s a new local guide and I was able to answer his many questions. We talked about reviews and taking photos of places. Adding businesses to the map and updating infos about places already there.
We met at the Asaba mall and began our food crawl a little late. The newbie guide was busy at work and did his best to hurry over . We were able to visit five places.

Kilimanjaro
The new Mandarin restaurant where I had their Samosa. I did not like it much

Spices

Foodland and the
Shoprite pastry shop

And it didn’t cost as much as I thought it would. All in all we had

A melt in your mouth doughnut

A creamy burger

A weird tasting samosa

A crunchy sausage roll

A sweet fruity scone

A buttery Chelsea bun

And a succulent bread snack whose long name I now forget.

Hopefully more guides will show up next time.

P. s. Shoprite by far has the best snacks and a wider variety. I bought the Chelsea buns and fruit scone there. So sweet, so crunchy.

I look forward to another meet up.
