Finally we finished our 150th meet up and it’s was so much exciting as it was my first meet up with wonderful people. I never visited Sylhet before. For the first time I went there, it’s a beautiful and lovely place.
We the people are not perfect in our works, but we can enrich ourselves by meeting up with wonderful people around the country. I am encouraged to be a part of the 150th meet up. Moreover I learned about new food and new places. Again I learned how can I be more active in Google Maps and local guides connect by Sharing my valuable experiences and information.
I reached in Sylhet Railway station at 7.30 am. It was so foggy weather and I could see barely far places. I felt good of course as it is very new place to me. we always are fond of new things, places & feelings. So I am not out of it. I was the only guy from Chittagong attended this meet up. So I am happy.
Moreover I have been always fond of foggy weather.
First I had my breakfast along with other friends in Panshi Restaurant. It was Beef Biriyani and tea.
I liked the food then after refreshments we got bus way to Jaflong.
It was foggy and cold weather way to Jaflong. Then we reached there at around 10 am.
I checked in hotel room then refreshed ourselves, changed clothes, then after some snacks and rest we started our trip to jaflong zero point. In Jaflong I saw mountains and buildings from India as Jaflong is located in the boarder of Bangladesh & India. It’s so exciting to see the places from a foreign country. I was thinking how people could be in other side of the boarder.
Then I had a good time visiting the beautiful places. I took photos of this area and mountains from far looks so beautiful full of green and fresh. I was breathing so fresh and pure air.
I visited the Sangram Pungi (A tribe of Bangladesh). Their houses are different and small. I also visited a betel leaf garden in Pungi, a Khashia village, near Jaflong.
A lot of people in Asian region eat this leaf as they gets older.
Then after walking around we went back for lunch to the resort. We had a good lunch of course,

Then we were making the tent and getting ready for our Introduction and experience sharing program.
Mr. Mahbub Hasan, Our guiding star was directing the whole program with the help of other local guides.
we started our introductory session, then we had some tips about local guide connects and map. We also had questions and answer session. Finally I learned about different topics like how can I be more effective and efficient as a local guide. Again how my works can make a change in the society. Also I had a chance to taste different tasty food. Some of which are new to me. and its more tasty than it looks.
And getting to know about the people attended in 150th meet up. I think if I stay open about learning new things and experiencing new people then i can be better version of me every single day.
We sang song together, laughed together and had fun together. Then after having a charming dinner party, I went to sleep, some stayed at tent and some at room. Tent is the perfect place to feel the nature closure.
Next day Morning after breakfast we headed to Lalakhal area, we took photos in a drone of Zakir Bro & Mehedi Bro.
as it is famous for its fresh and oceanic blue color water. We planted a tree there at the bank of Lalakhal River. We took photos and drone shot for making it as a good memories.
