So this is my first ever public piece except obviously my reviews on Google Maps!
I have a thing with Coffee,
I am a coffee snob! I will critic the way the barista use the steamer, froth the milk and pour it to the glass. I worked as a barista for 7 years and I must say that it is a passion! Since moving to Dublin two years ago, it was so difficult to find a spot that suits my standards. The coffee culture in Ireland is a bit behind.
When I do find a place like that makes an excellent coffee I’ll make sure to spread that rumour
