It’s definitely not possible if you live in Karachi, and you never visit Lucky one Mall.
Luckyone Mall is probably the largest Shopping Mall in Pakistan with almost 3.4 million square feet of Covered area, more than 200 massive & small Shops and Stores, and a parking area for 1200 cars.
And no doubt it’s the best place for Karachities for shopping, entertainment, and dining.
But as a local guide, we usually watch a place with different eyes, and especially if you are committed and have so much enthusiasm for 
Accessibility.
In my numerous visits, I always noted what they have unique there? which is making this place so much comfortable for all visitors. And yes you guess right, it is Accessibility.
Lucky one mall, my favorite place for shopping, food, and entertainment is fully accessible for people with different abilities, with Accessible Car Parking, Accessible Ramps, Accessible Lifts (They Have Elevators for other people also and Lifts as well) Accessible Washrooms, and Accessible Seating arrangement in the whole food court, to facilitate people with different abilities.
That’s the reason, I and my family usually spend our time here instead of going anywhere else, where we can see people with different abilities find it hard even to enter there. You can check the List of Accessible Shopping Malls in Karachi here.
