As a Marketing Manager, I get a more of clients who own small businesses and will want a place online.
I realized I could actually contribute by making Google Maps more user friendly. My first attempt was to add my own business as a test and see the results. That was when I discovered I could actually add images, reviews and other details such as website address, phone number. So then I discovered Google My business and tried it, it was very awesome.
the most exciting aspect of it was to adding a local businesses and this has helped them increase visibility online and especially in searches on on Google Maps.
I really enjoy adding small businesses and locations not added, and also contributing to existing ones by adding pictures, phone numbers, websites and reviews.
Thanks to Google Maps, small businesses can now be easily found online.
