My experience as a Mexico City Local Guide.

Hi all!

I’m Nadia from Mexico City. I’ve been a local guide for a couple years but this is my first post on Connect. I like to describe myself as a flâneuse, which is a female adaptation for a french term used to describe a person who wander the cities as an observer of the urban experience. So as you could imagine, I become a Local Guide to share my urban experience but not only in my home town but also in the places I travel to. The urban experience is a very wide term that includes food, architecture, spaces, accessibility, leisure, culture, people, etc.

Everyone of us experiences the cities in a different way, so I love to share my own view of those cosmos that we call cities. I also love to appreciate the details on everything so I could walk for hours just to contemplate people or buildings.

Passions: Photography, architecture, antiques, literature, art and anthropology.
