My experience as a loca guide

One of the most things, I love to do in my free time is taking photos not only about me also about places, food, my pets and special moments in my life for example: My college graduation ceremony or my first dog as I always say that If I don’t study Systems Engineering I would be a photographer because I like a lot the moment when I am taking photos. Some of these pictures, I uploaded to my Instagram profile or Facebook but not all of them. When I discovered that this local guides program can do it was so fantastic because I can share my opinion about the places that I visited like as restaurants, parks, shopping centers, food trucks or any other places where I go and also my photos and with this can helps people who like to have some reference about this place before to go. I congrats Google to create a local guide program because I am sure that it helps these places to have a good reference without making any payment.

At first, I didn’t feel so sure to join in this program because I have a lot of activities to do in my day-to-day but I decided searching more about it which includes or is real because on the internet some information is fake but this is so useful and it takes a little time to post. Now, when I visited one place I think in the local guides program and the minimum I take one photo for it also in my Instagram stories post a place if I consider is good to recommend. Sometimes many people ask me where it is? What think is about it? because I always give my opinion being as impartial as possible.

Another thing that I really like about it is how my photos are valuable for example one post of my favorite dish has a lot of views, it’s awesome ! this was about Sanguchon Campesino restaurant which is near to my workplace in there prepared so delicious enchiladas with a lot of type of sauces.

I feel so special when receiving emails for my recent contributions it means that I have a follow up of my contributions it feels me important and that I impact in a good way besides I have a great space to post my pics and show them for another people and in this way serve as a reference for consumers and advertise to some places that are starting that do not have great publicity in the market because sometimes this is expensive. He helped a restaurant to become better known for one of my publications, this is the Merendero, a small restaurant like a food truck that prepares one of the most delicious and low-cost “Pollo Broaster” and is now hired to participate in events carried out by institutions. It is incredible how times have changed and everything is now done through social networks or the internet. With this program, not only am I happy but these small startups make me extremely happy because in a simple way I help others to grow.
