My edits, addition of new places are showing pending for last 7/8 days.
What may be the reason ?

There are several reasons for an edit to be pending, but basically it depends of the possibility of verification of the data. For more details you can read: Why is my edit status “Pending” or “Not Applied”?

I know it’s a disappointing thing. But every local guide has some edits which are pending. Some edits are accepted promptly by Google algorithm and some are placed under pending. Which will be verified using fact check options or other facts by the Maps. Check out the link below to know more. @hrmishra05
