I have commented on a few restaurants
When I look without logging in with my account, the comments do not appear
When I log in with my google account, I can only see the comment
why is this happening?

@cagtaytuzunlu this means your comments were not accepted by Google.
In the past, this was the only way to understand, whether a comment was really published or not. However, since recently Google started to send notifications (without telling a reason!) to me and many other local guides, if a comment or photo was not accepted. If I look at one of those places on the map, it shows me either “Not posted” or “Problems uploading”, again without specifying a reasons for that, but a link explaining the rules. I don’t know, why this doesn’t happen in your case. Possibly, there differences by country?

While all the meaningless comments (“ok, good.”, “nice”) without a photo are approved, my comments are not visible even though I put a photo and write a long sentences

I agree, the more time we spend to write a long, meaningful comment, the more likely it will be refused and hidden for potential customers.
