My city - Poznań (Poland)

Today I show you Poznań. The city is the capital of Greater Poland. Poznań is located near the German border. You can easily get to other Polish cities and the capital of Germany by train, bus or airplane. Around the city you can use green trams and buses. You can also ride a bike around the city.

This is students city. You’ll find a lot of entertainment, restaurants, pubs and night clubs here. You can write to me and I’ll recommend you a few places where you can eat delicious food.

If you’ll come here, you have to be at 12 AM on the Old Market Square. You’ll see there Poznań goats. You have to also eat Rogal Świętomarciński who is symbol of Poznań. This is a croissant with the white-poppy-seed filling. The Rogal Świętomarciński is crescent-shaped, coated with icing and sprinkled with chopped nuts.

There are parks and lakes. You can relax with nature there. Near Poznań is The Greater Poland National Park, where there are a lot nature trails.

Poznań is very friendly city. There are a lot of people from other countries here. You’ll definitely find here an interesting place for yourself. I invite you

I’ll write about the Rogal Świętomarciński with pleasure. It’s nice that you interested that.

People from my region learn German in school but I think they understand better English than German.
