Добрый день Всем участникам форума!

Мы сертифицированное агенство и у нас был доступ к программе My Business Provider. Мы им пользовались не нарушая правил. Летом 2020 года мы не можем войти в программу и по сегодняшний день нет доступа. Подскажите, это у всех так или у кого-то доступ есть?

As a business you should not have a Local Guides account here on Connect.

According to the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions
Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.

Regarding your question, you are the first who I ever met who claim to have been in the program.

My Business provider, as the name said, belong to Google My Business, so you should ask in the Google My Business Help Community , not in the Local Guides Community.

As @MortenCopenhagen said, participating to the Local Guides program as a Business is a violation of the Rules so, if you are here to represent your business, you should exit from the Local Guides Program

Thanks for confirming, @Viktoriya216

This is not a program intended for trusted photographers. I think the My Business Provider program is intended for huge companies like utility companies with thousands if not millions of existing business customers.

Please be aware that combining being a local guide and offer paid services as a Trusted Photographer changed a bit in 2020. I tried to find the best post to share where you get an overview of the pros and cons of having one or two separate accounts. Hopefully @ErmesT will kindly share it here.

It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.

I don’t think you are asking in the right forum. Local Guides are not likely to know the answer to your question.

As you mention yourself as a “certified agency” please be aware that according to the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions
Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.

Sorry for being late in this conversation, @Viktoriya216 , @MortenCopenhagen , however I do not find any reference to the Street View trusted program in this conversation, Morten. An I missing something?

If, on the other hand, you wanted to refer to the Trusted Verifier program, I wanted to inform you that the latter was closed in 2019. The two programs have in common the possibility of verifying I Business. Trusted verifiers (now closed) was reserved for Street View Trusted photographers, and managed by Street View, while My Business Provvider is managed by Google my Business.
