The email currently associated with all of my “Google Guide” submissions has been my business email. However, that email will no longer be accessible very soon, as we are changing domains, and I will not be able to login to that email. Can I switch the email associated with my current Google guide submissions to my personal email?? I really hate to lose all of that progress!!

Using a business email ID for signing the LG program is noncompliance in the first place as that’s against the rules.
You need quitting that immediately.
Nevertheless, one can always sign up for the program using a personal email id.
The contributions through the business email account can’t be transferred directly. You need downloading that through
https://takeout.google.com/ and then upload to the new account one by one.
Though that would be painful to do, that’s the only way to do so.
